Community-Centered Programming
Recognizing the significance of this international event, Bellevue has partnered with local organizations to curate a series of public celebrations. Their collective efforts aim to create an atmosphere that resonates with the excitement of the World Cup, offering activities that cater to diverse interests.
Watch Parties and Public Celebrations
On match days, Bellevue will host watch parties and public celebrations near its light rail stations, providing fans with convenient and communal spaces to enjoy the games. These gatherings are designed to foster a sense of unity and shared enthusiasm, allowing attendees to experience the thrill of the World Cup without leaving the city.
Support for Local Businesses and Organizations
In addition to public events, Bellevue is extending support to local businesses and organizations interested in hosting World Cup-related activities. The city offers marketing resources and guidance on necessary permits, encouraging community members to contribute to the celebratory atmosphere. This initiative not only enhances the World Cup experience but also stimulates local economic activity.
